Delivery is free when you spend £50 and over. Free standard tracked delivery (2-3) working days.

Next Working Day Delivery Parcels must be ordered before 12pm. If your order is placed over the weekend or bank holiday; Next Working Day Delivery will be dispatched the first working day after the weekend/bank holiday.

Next Day Delivery is Subject to Stock. In the event of an item(s) being out of stock we will either part ship your order with the item(s) to follow or refund the out of stock items.

Royal Mail: (From £3.50 based upon weight)

Saver Delivery (7 - 10 Working Days): £13 per 30kg

Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail (1 Working Day, this service isn't guaranteed 1 working day and can take 2 to Northern Ireland): Up to 2kg - £4.95, 2 - 4kg £7.95

Two Working Day Delivery (2 Working Days): £17 per 30kg.

Deliveries to the Isle Of Man and the Channel Islands are the same as UK deliveries.

International Shipping to:

Royal mail Standard Tracked Delivery (3 - 5 working days)

to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg.

Delivery to all other countries (5 - 7 working days)

up to 2kg £7.50 Over 2kg to 20kg from £14.00.

Where's my stuff?

If for some reason you have not received your order within the time frame given from the courier, refer to the tracking number provided, go online and track your parcel. If the parcel's status is delivered,

contact us immediately and we will notify the courier company of the discrepancy.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope that you enjoy the purchases you make from Infinite Destini's Beauty Basket. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so in accordance with your statutory rights or in accordance with this Returns Policy.

Cancellations

If you change your mind once you place an order, or you made a mistake whilst placing your order, contact us immediately or within 24hrs and we'll cancel the order, if it has not already been shipped we can issue a refund to your original payment method.  If the items have already been shipped, you have 3 days in which to return the item(s), in which you will be responsible for Return postage costs.

In the unlikely event that you're dissatisfied with your purchase, please don't hesitate to contact us. You can reach us by completing our inquiry form, sending us an email, calling us, or sending us a text or WhatsApp message. State the reason for your return, with a brief description and images of the item(s).  We'll do our best to respond within 48 hours, to rectify the issue.

Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any item(s) are defective, damaged or if there are any discrepancies. If the item(s) is faulty for some reason or has been damaged during transit, take pictures of the item(s) with a brief description of the issue and send them to us. We will investigate your claim and where necessary we will either replace or refund the item(s). Please do this at your earliest convenience or within 3 days. We will cover the cost of postage for your replacement. Note your consumer rights is not affected if you notify of any damage after the 3 days, but must be within 28 days of receipt.

Non Refundable items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift vouchers, personalised gifts or any other gift sets and lip balms.

​

How to Return an Item 

As an alternative to the return options provided by your statutory rights, customers may return items purchased from Infinite Destini's Beauty Basket under this Returns Policy in accordance with the following terms: 

​

1. a. Returns made under this Returns Policy must be made within 7 days of delivery of an item.

    b. To start the returns process, you should email us at Info@infinitedestini.co.uk requesting a return in accordance with this Returns Policy. Include your                  name, identification of your order (e.g. an order number), and details of the item(s) you want to return. 

​

2.  Items to be returned must: 

 a. Due to the nature of our products and health and safety guidelines, any products to be returned must not be opened, the seal must remain unbroken or undamaged. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products  that have already been opened, used or the seal is broken, simply because you've changed your mind, you no  longer want or like it. This however, does not affect your consumer rights and if the item(s) is defective a refund will be issued after review. 

 b. We do accept refunds on our accessories providing the item(s) are still in the original packaging and it is not damaged or has been tampered with. We will not refund any delivery charges you incur. However, in the event of us replacing damaged item(s) we will cover the cost of postage. We do not refund delivery costs, even in the event of a faulty item.

 c. All items must be returned in their original packaging, if not items should be properly packaged to avoid damaged in transit.

​​

 Ensure the item(s) are securely packaged preferably in the original packaging, take pictures of item(s) in the box/bag before and after sealing in case they are damaged in transit; keep this for your records in the event we may need to view them. Place the original invoice in the package, if you do not have it, place a note with your invoice and order number along with your contact details and the new item(s) you would like. If any items are damaged during transit a refund will not be issued, as the item(s), will not be in a re-saleable condition and this will be the fault of the courier company; therefore you need to contact them to resolve the issue. 

   

 e. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of return postage and packaging, unless we are sending a replacement product, due to damage or an error on our part.

Entitlement to a Refund 

If any item(s) you receive are defective or damaged in any way contact us immediately or within 48hrs with any supporting evidence and we will either issue a full refund the item or issue a replacement, if available. We will cover postage costs, for all replacement products. 

​

When a return is made following the requirements and procedures set out in this Returns Policy, you will be entitled to a full refund of the price you paid for the item(s): 

​

1. Taking into account any discounts that were applied at the time of purchase. 

2.  Minus our return fee of £1.50 per item for which a return is made under this Returns Policy. No return fee will apply to returns made outside of this Policy, e.g. returns made in accordance with your statutory rights. 

3.  Exclusive of any shipping costs paid.

Processing Returns 

Once we have received an item you wish to return: 

1. We will check the item you have returned within, wherever possible, within 3 days. 

2. If we confirm that the item and your returns procedure comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy: 

    a. We will let you know that your return has been received and accepted.

    b. You will receive a refund minus our refund processing fee via your original payment method, usually within 3 days of any return being accepted. Or, if an exchange is available and agreed to instead, your new item will be delivered to you within our usual delivery timeframes.

3. If the item returned or your returns procedure does not comply with the requirements set out in this Returns Policy: 

   a. We will let you know why your return has not been accepted.

   b. We may offer a reduced refund (e.g. if an item is returned damaged).

   c. You will have the option to take the item back (note that you may be required to pay for shipping if necessary.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item purchased for another item (e.g. the same product in a different size or colour), you should return the purchased item as usual (i.e. as set out above) and, during the returns process, indicate your wish to exchange your item for a new item and specify exactly which item you wish to exchange for. Then: 

​

1. If the requested exchange is possible, we will send the new item to you once the item being returned has been received, the return has been approved, and you have paid the return fee as requested by us.

​

2. If the requested exchange is not possible (e.g. because the requested item is not in stock or has a different price), we will inform you of this and you can either still proceed with the exchange or we will provide a refund instead. You may then choose to purchase an alternative item from us by starting a new purchase. 

​

Customer’s Statutory Rights 

The returns process provided under this Returns Policy is provided in addition to customers’ statutory rights and this Returns Policy does not diminish these statutory rights in any way - it simply provides our customers with an additional returns option. 

​

A customer has a statutory right to a refund in certain circumstances. For example, you may have a right to a refund if a product is not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose. Or, if you’re a consumer, you may have a right to simply change your mind and cancel your order in certain circumstances (i.e. your cancellation rights).

​

Exactly which rights apply to your situation will depend on the circumstances of your purchase. For example, whether you purchased as a consumer or a business; whether you purchased online or in-store; and whether you purchased digital content or other items.
